    • What is Two-Factor Authentication, how does it work, and what does it do for the user?

      Two-Factor Authentication provides extra layer of security to your local and remote accounts. TFA can reduce the incidents of online identity theft, phishing expeditions, and other online frauds. In order to Sign-In, you will be required to enter a unique verification code which can be received either via SMS or email. This verification code along with your password will help you access your Client Portal Account.

    • How do I retrieve or reset my password?

      To retrieve or reset the password associated with your email address:

      • Go to the Login page, https://cp.f2solutions.net.
      • Click on "Forgot Password".
      • Enter your email and click the "Email Link" button.
      • A reset password link will be sent to the registered email.
      • Click on the link in your email. This will take you to the Password Reset Process page.
      • Answer your security questions and click the "Submit" button.
      • You will now be prompted to enter a new password.
      • Once you enter and confirm a new password, click the "Submit" button. A message stating, "Your password has been successfully changed" will appear.
    • What if my phone number used for Two-Factor Authentication has changed, how do I update it?

      To change your mobile number for Two-Factor Authentication:

      • Go to the Login page, https://cp.f2solutions.net and login.
      • Click on “Profile” in the header.
      • Under “Manage Two-Factor Authentication”, click “Change” and enter your new mobile number.
      • Enter the verification code sent to your mobile phone and click “Submit”.
    • Where do I change my password?

      To change the password associated with your email address:

      • Go to the Login page, https://cp.f2solutions.net and login.
      • Click on “Profile” in the header.
      • Change your password under “Change Password” by entering your old password and your new password.
